Refund policy

We want you to be super happy with your new purchase! If for any reason you need to return it, here are the guidelines:

Returns 

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours, and we'll be happy to arrange either a replacement shipment or provide you with a refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact Yeli Creations Store within 14 calendar days after your item is delivered.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day of delivery to request a return.  We are unable to accommodate any refund requests after 14 days had passed. To be eligible for a return, you must contact Yeli Creations Store within 14 calendar days after your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Flashcards should be returned in their original condition, free from wear and tear. It's totally cool if you've given them a try, but we cannot accept returns for damaged items with any markings or writings on it or heavily bended.  Please ensure to return the complete set of flashcards with all components is included. Incomplete sets will  not be eligible for a full refund.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping 

Please ensure that the shipping address is accurately listed on your order.

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccuracies in the address listed on the order, or for items experiencing transit delays.

When returning an item(s) Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift card, Personalized products or Downloadable software products.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
