How long does it take to process an order?

Please know that we are doing everything we can on our end to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible & every order is packed with care. 

Please allow 1-4 days for our order to be processed for shipping. You'll receive a tracking number, and we'll ensure your package is handed over to the designated carrier within that specified timeframe.

What about shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders

We currently ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. We ship out our packages via USPS.  The USPS quote 2 - 8 business days for shipping. 

Personalized or custom orders take 2-5 days to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

Shipping rates are rates are subject to change and  calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. 

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so keep that in mind when entering your shipping information.

The accuracy of the shipping address is the customer's responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or if a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address.
